New Year’s Eve Menu

Welcome in 2018 at The Fleece with our New Year’s Eve Menu served all evening in the Fleece restaurant and bistro.

To Start

King Prawn & Lobster Cakes, lobster bisque

Local Game Terrine, spiced plum chutney and toasted rye bread

Goat’s Cheese Crottin, mulled wine poached pears and toasted walnuts (v)

Grilled Chicken Satay, peanut butter, sesame and spring onion and cucumber salad


Atlantic Halibut, crab crust, shellfish risotto, sea vegetables and lobster bisque

Aged Fillet of Beef, haggis, neeps & tatties, truffled wild mushrooms and red wine jus

Corn Fed Chicken, braised curried chick peas, onion bhaji and cucumber and mint raita

Shallot & Butternut Squash Tart, roasted figs, endive and flaked almonds (v)


Fleece Sticky Toffee Pudding, toffee sauce and clotted cream

Belgian Chocolate Fondant, white chocolate ice cream

Rum & Raisin Creme Brûlée, brandy snap tuile

Yorkshire Cheeses, quince jelly, pickled grapes and oatcakes
