One of the things we’re most proud of is our consistency.

Since 2021, we’ve been awarded 2 AA Rosettes every single year, recognising the quality, creativity and standard of our dining experience. Whether it’s your wedding breakfast, evening feast or a pre-wedding meal with loved ones, you can be confident your guests will enjoy food that’s been recognised at a national level.

Of course, the recognition that means the most comes from the couples who have celebrated with us. Alongside our AA Rosettes, we’re incredibly proud to receive consistent 5-star reviews from our real wedding couples, with our food regularly being one of the highlights of their day.

As Leah & Tyler, who celebrated their wedding with us on 4th April 2026, shared:

“The food was absolutely unbelievable and all of our guests thought so too. We have had so many comments about how good the food was.”

Hearing feedback like this is exactly why we do what we do. Our talented chefs and dedicated front-of-house team work tirelessly to ensure every wedding breakfast is not only beautifully presented but remembered long after the last plate has been cleared.

One of our proudest moments came at the I Do Wedding Awards, where we were named Best Countryside Wedding Venue in Yorkshire in 2026. 

Simply being shortlisted alongside so many fantastic venues was an honour in itself. Attending the awards evening with our team was an unforgettable experience, and hearing The Fleece announced as the winner was a moment we’ll never forget.

This award means so much because it reflects the passion, care and dedication our entire team puts into every wedding we host. Every celebration is unique, and we work hard to ensure each couple enjoys a day that’s personal, relaxed and truly memorable.
